UNIVERSAL WORKS (UK)
Universal Works is a new label headed by David Keyte, a man who’s curriculum vitae includes the likes of Paul Smith, Maharishi, Margaret Howell and Albam. After 20 years in the industry David realised he was “less interested in fashion and more in the function, fit and cut of garments.” Exploring this idea further, he decided to set up a label of his own focused on producing well made, well considered, easy to wear and affordable menswear. Each product is made by small, highly skilled factories – many of which are located in the UK.
